No. 16/2017 National Parks Act 1975 National Parks Amendment Regulations 2017 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 4 April 2017 Responsible Minister: LILY D'AMBROSIO Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change MONICA BIRD Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the National Parks Regulations 2013 to allow Sea Urchin Fishery Access Licence holders to transit through Cape Howe Marine National Park to access the Iron Prince and Gunshot Reefs area to take fish. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 48 of the National Parks Act 1975. 3 Definitions In regulation 128 of the National Parks Regulations 2013 1 , in the definition of commercial fishing vessels, for paragraph (a)(iv) substitute— -- 2 of 4 -- National Parks Amendment Regulations 2017 S.R.
