No. 54/2017 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Disability Regulations 2007) Extension Regulations 2017 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Housing, Disability and Ageing, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 June 2017 Responsible Minister: MARTIN FOLEY Minister for Housing, Disability and Ageing ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Disability Regulations 2007, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Disability Regulations 20071 is extended for the period beginning on 26 June 2017 and ending on 25 June 2018. -- 2 of 4 -- Subordinate Legislation (Disability Regulations 2007) Extension Regulations 2017 S.R.
