No. 47/2017 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Heritage (Historic Shipwrecks) Regulations 2007) Extension Regulations 2017 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Planning, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 June 2017 Responsible Minister: RICHARD WYNNE Minister for Planning ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Heritage (Historic Shipwrecks) Regulations 2007, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Heritage (Historic Shipwrecks) Regulations 20071 is extended for the period beginning on 17 July 2017 and ending on 16 July 2018. -- 2 of 4 -- Subordinate Legislation (Heritage (Historic Shipwrecks) Regulations 2007) Extension Regulations 2017 S.R.
