No. 119/2017 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Owners Corporations Regulations 2007) Extension Regulations 2017 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Consumer Affairs, Gaming and Liquor Regulation, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 November 2017 Responsible Minister: MARLENE KAIROUZ Minister for Consumer Affairs, Gaming and Liquor Regulation ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Owners Corporations Regulations 2007, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- Subordinate Legislation (Owners Corporations Regulations 2007) Extension Regulations 2017 S.R.
