Proprietors) Amendment Regulations 2017
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to
amend the Supported Residential Services
(Private Proprietors) Regulations 2012 in relation
to the prescribed information which must be
contained in a registration statement made by a
proprietor.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 207
of the Supported Residential Services
(Private Proprietors) Act 2010.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 May 2017.

4 Regulation 23 substituted
For regulation 23 of the Supported Residential
Services (Private Proprietors) Regulations 20121
substitute—
"23 Registration statements
For the purposes of section 36(3) of the Act,
the prescribed information is—
(a) the information set out in item 1 of
Schedule 7; and
(b) any of the documents set out in item 2
of Schedule 7 that are specified in a
request made by the Secretary under
section 36(1) of the Act.".
