No. 63/2017 Tobacco Act 1987 Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Amendment Regulations 2017 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 June 2017 Responsible Minister: JILL HENNESSY Minister for Health ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011 to provide for an additional term of appointment for a member of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2017. -- 2 of 4 -- Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Amendment Regulations 2017 S.R. No. 63/2017 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 4 Appointment of members of Foundation (1) In regulation 5(1)(b)(iv) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 20111 , for "Mr Nick Green," substitute "Mr Nicholas Green,".
