No. 76/2016 Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2016 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 28 June 2016 Responsible Minister: MARTIN PAKULA Attorney-General ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008 to provide for an increase in the income threshold where an annual fee for the administration of an estate is payable under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 58A of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2016. -- 2 of 4 -- Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2016 S.R.
