No. 25/2016 Heavy Vehicle National Law Application Act 2013 Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2016 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 12 April 2016 Responsible Minister: LUKE DONNELLAN Minister for Roads and Road Safety ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 to prescribe certain offences to be infringement offences under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Victoria). 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 54 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application Act 2013. -- 2 of 5 -- Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2016 S.R. No. 25/2016 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 2 3 Schedule amended—Infringements—Prescribed offences (1) After item 14 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 20131 insert— "14A An offence against section 87A(1) of the National Law.". (2) After item 52 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert— "52A An offence against section 153A(1) of the National Law.". (3) After item 148 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert— "148A An offence against section 307(3) of the National Law.". (4) After item 151 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert— "151A An offence against section 312(3) of the National Law.". (5) After item 156 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert— "156A An offence against section 324A(2) of the National Law.". (6) After item 160 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert— "160A An offence against section 341(7) of the National Law.". -- 3 of 5 -- Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2016 S.R.
