No. 101/2016 Infringements Act 2006 Infringements Amendment Regulations 2016 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 August 2016 Responsible Minister: MARTIN PAKULA Attorney-General ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Infringements Regulations 2016 to reflect the repeal by the Fines Reform and Infringements Acts Amendment Act 2016 of the requirement in the Infringements Act 2006 to prescribe lodgeable infringement offences. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 168 of the Infringements Act 2006. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2016. 4 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Infringements Regulations 20161 are called the Principal Regulations. -- 2 of 4 -- Infringements Amendment Regulations 2016 S.R.
