No. 93/2016 Road Safety Act 1986 Road Safety (Vehicles) Amendment (Australian Border Force Vehicles) Regulations 2016 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 26 July 2016 Responsible Minister: LUKE DONNELLAN Minister for Roads and Road Safety ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 to replace references to an Australian Customs Service vehicle with references to an Australian Border Force vehicle. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 16 August 2016. 4 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 1 are called the Principal Regulations. -- 2 of 4 -- Road Safety (Vehicles) Amendment (Australian Border Force Vehicles) Regulations 2016 S.R.
