No. 117/2016 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Victoria State Emergency Service Regulations 2006) Extension Regulations 2016 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Emergency Services, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 September 2016 Responsible Minister: JAMES MERLINO Minister for Emergency Services ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Victoria State Emergency Service Regulations 2006, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- Subordinate Legislation (Victoria State Emergency Service Regulations 2006) Extension Regulations 2016 S.R.
