No. 68/2016 Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 Transport (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2016 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 June 2016 Responsible Minister: JACINTA ALLAN Minister for Public Transport ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010 to make consequential amendments as a result of the commencement of the Transport (Buses, Taxi-Cabs and Other Commercial Passenger Vehicles) Regulations 2016. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 215 of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 26 June 2016. -- 2 of 12 -- Transport (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2016 S.R.
