Audit Act 1994
Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 2015
The Administrator of the State of Victoria as the Governor's
deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the
following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
certain persons and bodies as public bodies for the
purposes of the Audit Act 1994.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 21 of
the Audit Act 1994.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
27 June 2015.

4 Revocation
The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 20051 ;
(b) the Audit (Public Bodies) (Amendment)
Regulations 20072 .
5 Public bodies
Each person or body listed in Schedule 1 is
prescribed as a public body for the purposes of the
definition of public body in section 3(1) of the
Audit Act 1994.
