No. 54/2015 Estate Agents Act 1980 Estate Agents (Exemption) Amendment Regulations 2015 The Administrator of the State of Victoria as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 June 2015 Responsible Minister: JANE GARRETT Minister for Consumer Affairs, Gaming and Liquor Regulation YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Estate Agents (Exemption) Regulations 2014 to revoke an exemption for persons acting as estate agents in relation to certain large properties. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Estate Agents Act 1980. 3 Definitions In regulation 5 of the Estate Agents (Exemption) Regulations 20141 , the definition of rural land is revoked.
