No. 111/2015 Freedom of Information Act 1982 Freedom of Information Amendment Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 September 2015 Responsible Minister: GAVIN JENNINGS Special Minister of State MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Freedom of Information Regulations 2009 by removing the reference to the Anti-Cancer Council Victoria from the list of agencies specified in Schedule 3 to those Regulations. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 66 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2015. -- 2 of 4 -- Freedom of Information Amendment Regulations 2015 S.R.
