No. 81/2015 Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 June 2015 Responsible Minister: MARTIN PAKULA Attorney-General YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008 to provide for an increase in the income that an estate earns before an annual fee for the administration of the estate is payable under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 58A of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2015. -- 2 of 4 -- Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015 S.R.
