No. 158/2015 Marine Safety Act 2010 Marine Safety Amendment (Expiry Date) Interim Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 15 December 2015 Responsible Minister: LUKE DONNELLAN Minister for Ports ANDREW ROBINSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Marine Safety Regulations 2012 to change the expiry date of certain regulations. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 310 of the Marine Safety Act 2010. 3 Commencement (1) These Regulations (except regulation 5) come into operation on 18 December 2015. (2) Regulation 5 comes into operation on 17 December 2016. -- 2 of 4 -- Marine Safety Amendment (Expiry Date) Interim Regulations 2015 S.R.
