No. 23/2015 Plant Biosecurity Act 2010 Plant Biosecurity Amendment Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 April 2015 Responsible Minister: JAALA PULFORD Minister for Agriculture YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Plant Biosecurity Regulations 2012 by prescribing chestnuts for the purposes of section 15 of the Plant Biosecurity Act 2010. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 141 of the Plant Biosecurity Act 2010. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 20 April 2015.
