No. 19/2015 Racing Act 1958 Racing (Specified Race-course) Amendment Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 17 March 2015 Responsible Minister: MARTIN PAKULA Minister for Racing YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2006 to prescribe an additional area of land to be a specified race-course for the purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing Act 1958. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 36 of the Racing Act 1958.
