No. 2/2015 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 January 2015 Responsible Minister: GAVIN JENNINGS Special Minister of State YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2014 to update the address of the prescribed bookshop for the purposes of section 20(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Prescribed bookshop In regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 20141, for "Unit 13, 18 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne" substitute "85 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne". ═══════════════ Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 1 -- 2 of 3 -- Endnotes Subordinate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2015 S.R.
