No. 69/2015 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Dangerous Goods (HCDG) Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Finance, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 June 2015 Responsible Minister: ROBIN SCOTT Minister for Finance YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the Dangerous Goods (HCDG) Regulations 2005, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Dangerous Goods (HCDG) Regulations 2005 1 is extended for the period beginning on 2 August 2015 and ending on 1 August 2016. -- 2 of 4 -- Subordinate Legislation (Dangerous Goods (HCDG) Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations 2015 S.R.
