No. 92/2015 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Local Government (Electoral) Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Local Government, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 4 August 2015 Responsible Minister: NATALIE HUTCHINS Minister for Local Government YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Local Government (Electoral) Regulations 2005, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- Subordinate Legislation (Local Government (Electoral) Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations 2015 S.R.
