No. 114/2015 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations 2015 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Emergency Services, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 13 October 2015 Responsible Minister: JANE GARRETT Minister for Emergency Services MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- Subordinate Legislation (Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations 2015 S.R.
