Subordinate Legislation (Non-Emergency Patient
Transport Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations
2015
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend
the operation of the Non-Emergency Patient
Transport Regulations 2005, which would
otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of
the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the
period specified in regulation 3.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5A
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3 Extension of operation
The operation of the Non-Emergency Patient
Transport Regulations 2005 1 is extended for the
period beginning on 8 November 2015 and ending
on 7 May 2016.

These Regulations expire on 8 May 2016.
