No. 60/2015 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Private Security Regulations 2005) Extension Regulations 2015 The Administrator of the State of Victoria as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Police, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 June 2015 Responsible Minister: WADE NOONAN Minister for Police YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Private Security Regulations 2005, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Private Security Regulations 20051 is extended for the period beginning on 28 June 2015 and ending on 27 June 2016.
