No. 44/2015 Survey Co-ordination Act 1958 Survey Co-ordination Amendment Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 2 June 2015 Responsible Minister: RICHARD WYNNE Minister for Planning YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Survey Co-ordination Regulations 2014 to make minor technical amendments. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 22 of the Survey Co-ordination Act 1958. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 14 June 2015. 4 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Survey Co-ordination Regulations 2014 1 are called the Principal Regulations. No. 44/2015 5 Definitions In regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations— (a) in the definition of Map Grid of Australia 1994 (MGA 1994)— (i) for "(MGA 1994)" substitute "(MGA94)"; and (ii) for "(GDA 94)" substitute "(GDA94)"; (b) in the definition of standard traverse, after "1994" insert "(MGA94)". 6 Bearings of surveys In regulation 10(1) of the Principal Regulations, after "1994" insert "(MGA94)". 7 Connections of surveys to permanent marks In regulation 11(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations, for "regulation 7 of the Surveying (Cadastral Surveys) Regulations 2005 1 " substitute "regulation 7 of the Surveying (Cadastral Surveys) Regulations 2015". 8 Survey equipment In regulation 12(b) of the Principal Regulations, for "regulation 7 of the Surveying (Cadastral Surveys) Regulations 2005" substitute "regulation 7 of the Surveying (Cadastral Surveys) Regulations 2015". 9 Plan forms In regulation 14(b) and (d) of the Principal Regulations, after "1994" (wherever occurring) insert "(MGA94)".
