No. 15/2015 Surveying Act 2004 Surveying (Registration Fees) Regulations 2015 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 March 2015 Responsible Minister: RICHARD WYNNE Minister for Planning YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the fees payable to the Board under the Surveying Act 2004. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 63 of the Surveying Act 2004. 3 Revocation The Surveying (Registration Fees) Amendment Regulations 20101 are revoked. 4 Definition In these Regulations, the Act means the Surveying Act 2004. 5 Fees The fees payable to the Board under the Act are the fees listed in Schedule 1.
