No. 5/2015 Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Amendment Regulations 2015 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 January 2015 Responsible Minister: TIM PALLAS Treasurer YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe V/Line Pty Ltd as a body to which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992. 3 Addition of prescribed agency In regulation 4 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 20141— (a) in paragraph (b), for "056)." substitute "056);"; Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 1 -- 2 of 4 -- Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Amendment Regulations 2015 S.R.
