No. 99/2015 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Allocation to Lists Amendment) Rules 2015 The Rules Committee established by section 150 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 makes the following Rules: 1 Object The object of these Rules is to amend the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Rules 2008 to allocate enabling enactments to appropriate Lists. 2 Authorising provisions These Rules are made under section 157 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 and all other enabling powers. 3 Commencement These Rules come into operation on 1 September 2015. 4 Principal Rules In these Rules, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Rules 20081 are called the Principal Rules. 5 Legal Practice List—Administrative Division In clause 1(1) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Rules, for item 1.2 substitute— "1.2 Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014 and the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria);". -- 2 of 4 -- Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Allocation to Lists Amendment) Rules 2015 S.R. No. 99/2015 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 2 6 Guardianship List—Human Rights Division In clause 14(1) of Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Rules, for items 14.4 to 14.6 substitute— "14.4 Medical Treatment Act 1988 section 5C (enduring powers of attorney (medical treatment)); 14.5 Powers of Attorney Act 2014; 14.6 Trustee Companies Act 1984; 14.7 Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014.".
