No. 183/2014 Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992 Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2014 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 October 2014 Responsible Minister: PETER WALSH Minister for Agriculture and Food Security YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2013 to prescribe— (a) an offence for which an infringement notice may be served; and (b) the infringement penalty for that infringement offence. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 76 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
