No. 193/2014 Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Commonwealth Standard) Revocation Regulations 2014 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 October 2014 Responsible Minister: DAVID DAVIS Minister for Health YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Commonwealth Standard) Regulations 2011. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 4(1) and 132 of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 30 October 2014. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
