No. 167/2014 EastLink Project Act 2004 EastLink Project Amendment Regulations 2014 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 October 2014 Responsible Minister: TERRY MULDER Minister for Roads YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the EastLink Project Regulations 2008 to update a reference to Victoria Police. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 258 of the EastLink Project Act 2004. 3 Vehicles exempt from payment of tolls In regulation 4(c)(i) of the EastLink Project Regulations 2008 1 , for "the police force of Victoria" substitute "Victoria Police". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
