No. 36/2014 Electricity Safety Act 1998 Electricity Safety (Installations) Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2014 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 May 2014 Responsible Minister: RUSSELL NORTHE Minister for Energy and Resources CHIARA EDWARDS Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Electricity Safety (Installations) Regulations 2009 to increase the authorised amount for certain certificates of electrical safety. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 152 and 157 of the Electricity Safety Act 1998. 3 Authorised amount—certificates of electrical safety In regulation 255 of the Electricity Safety (Installations) Regulations 20091 — (a) in paragraph (d), for "$6.60" substitute "$6.75"; and (b) in paragraph (e), for "$7.25" substitute "$7.40". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
