No. 161/2014 Financial Management Act 1994 Financial Management Amendment Regulations 2014 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 October 2014 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Minister for Finance YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Financial Management Regulations 2014 to revoke a provision providing for meeting the expenses and obligations of Royal Commissions and Boards of Inquiry, which will be dealt with by the enactment of the Inquiries Act 2014. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 59 of the Financial Management Act 1994. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 15 October 2014. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
