No. 107/2014 Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2014 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 July 2014 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008 to increase the income threshold for the payment of an annual fee for an estate that is subject to administration. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 58A of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 3 Annual fees In regulation 5(1) of the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 20081 — (a) in paragraph (a) for "$782" substitute "$817"; and -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
