No. 168/2014 Melbourne City Link Act 1995 Melbourne City Link Amendment Regulations 2014 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 14 October 2014 Responsible Minister: TERRY MULDER Minister for Roads YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Melbourne City Link Regulations 2009 to— (a) prescribe a new device as a prescribed tolling device for the purposes of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995; and (b) update a reference to Victoria Police as a consequence of the enactment of the Victoria Police Act 2013. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 118 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
