No. 22/2014 National Gas (Victoria) Act 2008 National Gas (Victoria) (Declared System Provisions) Regulations 2014 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 April 2014 Responsible Minister: RUSSELL NORTHE Minister for Energy and Resources YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe, for the purposes of the National Gas (Victoria) Law, certain provisions of the National Gas Rules to be— (a) civil penalty provisions; or (b) conduct provisions. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 16A of the National Gas (Victoria) Act 2008. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 May 2014. -- 2 of 9 -- S.R. No. 22/2014 National Gas (Victoria) (Declared System Provisions) Regulations 2014 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 4 Revocation The National Gas (Victoria) (Declared System Provisions) Regulations 2009 1 are revoked. 5 Civil penalty provisions For the purposes of the National Gas (Victoria) Law, a provision of the National Gas Rules that is a declared system provision, and set out in column 2 of an item in Schedule 1, is a civil penalty provision. 6 Conduct provisions For the purposes of the National Gas (Victoria) Law, a provision of the National Gas Rules that is a declared system provision, and set out in column 2 of an item in Schedule 2, is a conduct provision. __________________ r. 4 -- 3 of 9 -- S.R.
