No. 78/2014 Police Regulation Act 1958 Police Regulation Revocation Regulations 2014 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 June 2014 Responsible Minister: KIM WELLS Minister for Police and Emergency Services YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulations made under the Police Regulation Act 1958. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 118, 118K, 118S, 118X, 120 and 130 of the Police Regulation Act 1958. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014. 4 Police Regulation (Agency Photographs Fees) Regulations 2009 The Police Regulation (Agency Photographs Fees) Regulations 2009 1 are revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
