No. 38/2014 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Architects Regulations 2004) Extension Regulations 2014 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Planning, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 May 2014 Responsible Minister: MATTHEW GUY Minister for Planning CHIARA EDWARDS Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Architects Regulations 2004, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Architects Regulations 20041 is extended for the period beginning on 21 May 2014 and ending on 20 May 2015. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
