No. 97/2014 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Court Security Regulations 2004) Extension Regulations 2014 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 July 2014 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Court Security Regulations 2004, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Court Security Regulations 2004 1 is extended for the period beginning on 27 July 2014 and ending on 26 July 2015. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
