Subordinate Legislation (Transfer of Land (Fees)
Regulations 2004) Extension Regulations 2014
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Minister for Planning, makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Transfer of Land (Fees)
Regulations 2004, which would otherwise be
revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period
specified in regulation 3.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5A
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3 Extension of operation
The operation of the Transfer of Land (Fees)
Regulations 2004 1 is extended for the period
beginning on 21 September 2014 and ending on
20 September 2015.

4 Expiry
These Regulations expire on 21 September 2015.
