No. 134/2014 Sustainable Forests (Timber) Act 2004 Sustainable Forests (Timber Harvesting) Revocation Regulations 2014 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 September 2014 Responsible Minister: PETER WALSH Minister for Agriculture and Food Security YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Sustainable Forests (Timber Harvesting) Regulations 2006. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 96 of the Sustainable Forests (Timber) Act 2004. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2014. 4 Revocation The Sustainable Forests (Timber Harvesting) Regulations 2006 1 are revoked. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
