No. 101/2014 Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 Treasury Corporation of Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations 2014 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 15 July 2014 Responsible Minister: MICHAEL O'BRIEN Treasurer YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe certain bodies as bodies to which the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992 applies. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 22 July 2014. -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
