No. 86/2014 Water Industry Act 1994 Water Industry Revocation Regulations 2014 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 June 2014 Responsible Minister: PETER WALSH Minister for Water YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Water Industry Regulations 2006. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 184 of the Water Industry Act 1994. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014. 4 Revocation The Water Industry Regulations 20061 are revoked. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
