No. 14/2013 Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Amendment Regulations 2013 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 5 February 2013 Responsible Minister: MICHAEL O'BRIEN Minister for Consumer Affairs MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Regulations 2012 to reflect the transfer of the powers and functions of the Director, Police Integrity to the Commissioner of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission by the Integrity and Accountability Legislation Amendment Act 2012. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 232 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
