Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement
Notice) Further Amendment Regulations 2013
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement
Notice) Regulations 2013—
(a) to prescribe further offences against a
relevant law for which an infringement
notice may be served; and
(b) to prescribe the infringement penalties for
those offences.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 99 of
the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987.

3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
23 September 2013.
4 Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Conservation, Forests
and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations
20131 are called the Principal Regulations.
5 Forests
After item 74 of Schedule 3 to the Principal
Regulations insert—
"75 An offence against
section 57E of the
Forests Act 1958
In the case of a natural
person, 3 penalty units.
In the case of a body
corporate, 10 penalty
units".
6 Land
(1) After item 1 of Schedule 4 to the Principal
Regulations insert—
"1A An offence against
section 140H of the
Land Act 1958
In the case of a natural
person, 3 penalty units.
In the case of a body
corporate, 10 penalty
units".
(2) After item 35 of Schedule 4 to the Principal
Regulations insert—
"35A An offence against
section 21A of the
Crown Land
(Reserves) Act 1978
In the case of a natural
person, 3 penalty units.
In the case of a body
corporate, 10 penalty
units".

Regulations substitute—

Regulations, for "Advance" substitute
"Advanced".
