[ Assented to 25 May 2011 ] The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows: 1 .Short title This is the Building Services Levy Act 2011 . 2 .Commencement This Act comes into operation as follows  — (a)sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent; (b)section 3 — on the day on which the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011 section 94 comes into operation. 3 .Imposition of building services levy If regulations made under the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011 section 94 provide for a levy, a levy payable in accordance with those regulations is imposed.
