No. 92/2013 Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958 Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Witness Identity Protection) Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 2 July 2013 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General MATTHEW McBEATH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe corresponding laws for the purposes of Part IIAA of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 152(2) of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 15 July 2013. 4 Revocation The Evidence (Witness Identity Protection) Regulations 2006 1 are revoked. -- 2 of 5 -- S.R.
