(2) However, the Minister may make a further agreement only if the proposed further agreement has been approved by regulation. (3) The Minister must, by gazette notice, notify the date of the making of the further agreement. (4) The agreement as varied has the force of law as if it were an enactment of this Act. s 4 sub 1995 No. 57 s 4 sch 1 5 Regulation making power The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. s 5 ins 1995 No. 57 s 4 sch 1 Schedule The agreement Editor’s note— Consistent with the provisions of the Act , this schedule only contains the proposed agreement authorised to be entered into by the Act as originally enacted.
