Short title This Act may be cited as the Electricity Supply Industry Amendment Act 2003 . 2. Commencement (1) Parts 1, 2 and 5 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. (2) The provisions of Parts 3 and 4 commence – (a) on a day or days to be proclaimed; or (b) at a time or times to be proclaimed; or (c) on the occurrence of one or more events to be proclaimed; or (d) as otherwise proclaimed. PART 2 - Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 Amended 3. Principal Act In this Part, the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4. The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 . 5.
